It was winter 1998 when CMS took on their first financial banking client in London.  They had to ink jet addresses onto envelopes and carry out fulfilment services for their first customer.  To be able to get the job done, they called a local company to purchase a small ink jet machine and a helpful man called Terry, the Technical Salesman came to the rescue.  He spent hours with the team teaching them about the machine and he’d even call in on his way home to provide additional support in the ink jetting of addresses onto envelopes.

Once the zone is extended to the North Circular and South Circular, it will cover a huge area of London, and officials estimate 100,000 cars, 35,000 vans and 3,000 lorries will be affected per day.
