5Founded nearly 50 years ago in New York City, CMS offers a one stop shop for all of your distribution and mail room service solutions.

CMS specialises in time critical national and international mail and courier distribution services, hybrid mail solutions, and bespoke e commerce and fulfilment solutions.

With offices and agents around the world, CMS serve thousands of businesses each week, from hand delivery solutions in London, to specialist financial research and IPO distribution worldwide.

Ever since our first office opened in New York City in 1968, we have always set out our missions as CMS believes that this gives our customers confidence in our continuation in providing a first class service, but also gives our international team targets and a direction to aim for.

We aim to do this by providing excellent customer service every time. Anything else is just not good enough for us. Our continuous expansion and growth has been built on keeping our clients happy and this is something that we never fail to keep on delivering. In 1976 we became specialists in financial research and IPO distribution.


By 1998, our growth allowed us to open three new international offices in London, Frankfurt & Paris


In 2005, CMS gain OFCOM licencing, meaning that we can compete to Royal Mail standards


ISO 9001 – certified quality management systems to show our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of our clients


ISO 14001 – certified environmental management systems, ensuring legal compliance with environmental aspects and impacts
ISO 27001 – certified to provide our clients with assurance over all legal, physical and technological controls in risk management for information security.
